Do I need technical knowledge to become a partner?
MSP Partners are responsible for Level 1 support for their customers. Downs ICT provides Level 2 and Level 3 escalation support. For Referral Partners with no technical team, Downs ICT can handle all support directly.
What VOIP systems do you resell?
We are certified partners for both 3CX and Yeastar — two of the world's leading business phone systems. We can recommend the right fit for each customer's size and budget.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on calls and phone plans, calculated monthly and paid directly to your nominated bank account or business.
Is there a minimum referral commitment?
A 12-month commitment is required for Silver and Gold tiers. No minimum commitment is required for the Referral tier.
